Achieve a Youthful Glow With Our Premier Wrinkle Treatment

BOTOX® Cosmetic works by blocking the release of acetylcholine, so muscle contractions are reduced. This temporarily decreased muscle activity helps reduce the appearance of moderate to severe glabellar lines and lateral canthal lines, depending on the area of injection.

Typically, the initial doses of reconstituted BOTOX® Cosmetic induce chemical denervation of the injected muscles 1 to 2 days after injection, increasing in intensity during the first week.
